1987
Launch of the charter fleet “Chartertours” with the first charter ship Linssen 32 SL
1991
Foundation of Hennings Yacht-Vertrieb GmbH, construction of the exhibition hall on the site of the old Meyer shipyard
1994
Start of the annual in-house exhibitions in Papenburg
1998
Expansion of the company with an additional office wing
2013
The neighboring site is taken over by Schmidt Jachtservice. Expansion of the service to include winter storage
2016
The water hall is fitted with a new insulated roof
2016
The company celebrates its 25th anniversary in Papenburg
2019
Construction of a washing area for underwater cleaning of the yachts
2020
A new 200-meter-long jetty is put into operation
2021
The old winter storage hall is demolished and a new hall with glulam beams is built
2023
Construction of our own 40-ton boat crane
